These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of menastowing.com and the towing, recovery, roadside, and membership services provided by Mena's Towing Services ("Mena's Towing," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our website, requesting service, or purchasing a membership, you agree to these Terms.

Our services

We provide local and long-distance towing, vehicle recovery, and roadside assistance (jump starts, flat tire changes, lockouts, and fuel delivery) in the Sacramento metropolitan area and across California. Dispatch operates 24/7. Service availability and arrival times depend on location, demand, weather, and road conditions.

Quotes and payment

Quotes provided by phone, text, or our website are good-faith estimates. Final pricing depends on the vehicle, distance, conditions, and any additional work required, and is confirmed before or at the time of service. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed. Membership payments are processed securely by Square.

Roadside Assistance Membership

• The membership is $99 per year and covers up to one each of the following per membership year: jump start, lockout, tire change, and fuel delivery.
• Members receive 20% off our regular towing rate and priority dispatch.
• Coverage runs for one year from the date of purchase and applies within our standard service area.
• Membership benefits are for the member and are non-transferable. Services beyond the included items, or outside the service area, are billed at standard rates (with the member discount on towing).

Text messaging terms

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive phone calls and SMS text messages from Mena's Towing related to your service request and dispatch. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your information.

Liability

Towing and recovery involve inherent risk. We take care with every vehicle, but we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, mechanical conditions, or items left in the vehicle. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for delays caused by conditions beyond our control.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel a service request, please call us as soon as possible. A fee may apply if a truck has already been dispatched.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Sacramento County, California.
